About Us
Crowder & Darnall is a small land-surveying firm that is the result of a lifetime of professional practice by George A. Crowder and Gene W. Darnall. Gene and George both began surveying in Columbus and the surrounding communities in the 1950s. Shortly after the death of Gene Darnall in 1984, Crowder & Associates and Gene W. Darnall & Associates merged to become Crowder & Darnall. Since the death of George Crowder in 2003, Ted Darnall and Scott Crowder have continued the tradition of providing land surveying services for Columbus and the surrounding region, while leading the company in the present and into the future.
We are an experienced group in the field of land surveying, with two licensed land surveyors and a dedicated staff with over 80 years of combined experience. The clients that we have served over the years include single homeowners, commercial developers, residential developers, farmers, timber companies and governmental agencies.
